A majority of the China wholesale trade is carried through the online mode. Most of the Chinese wholesalers maintain sites that are user-friendly and make the entire process of shopping for discount price goods undemanding for the customer. However, sometimes issues do arise and a fraction of them are directed towards the cancellation mode. It should be noted that cancellations are rarely seen when making an online purchase of Chinese stock products but they do happen. The most common reason that orders are often cancelled is because payments claimed to have been made by the customer could not ascertained by the wholesaler, i.e. they could not be verified. Another common reason why orders are often cancelled by wholesale dealers is simply because the required item is not in stock.
